Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for business travelers. The rooms had unique kids' beds on wheels and were surprisingly quiet despite being near the airport. The accommodation was simple without any extra frills.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room on the 7th floor had a huge window offering a nice view, and it was clean and well-equipped for business travelers. The service was mostly helpful and friendly, although there was an issue with some argumentative behavior. The location in Trondheim was cozy and had adequate seating for relaxation. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of excellent options. The facilities were top-notch. However, the strong oily chorizo in the location was a downside.
The hotel rooms are in need of an upgrade but are still acceptable. They are spacious and clean, although our room was quite cold upon arrival. The mini-bar was empty, but we were provided with two wine glasses. Unfortunately, the bedding was very poor, resulting in neck pain.
Staying on the 7th floor with a huge window and a nice view from the 'bike' and the 'treadmill' was a unique experience. The rooms were a reasonable size but lacked enough space for two suitcases without feeling cramped. The permanent kids beds on wheels were a fun addition, making the stay enjoyable overall.
I decided to stay at this hotel as a more budget-friendly option. The rooms were unique with wheels, featuring a fridge, couch, table, and chair. I was surprised to find permanent kids' beds on wheels, which was quite convenient. The service was a mix of friendly and confusing, with one staff member giving us incorrect information but others being exceptionally welcoming and helpful in perfect English. The location was ideal for those with early flights or driving, offering a nice breakfast, shuttle bus, and accommodating staff. However, there was an argumentative encounter that was unnecessary. The dining experience was good overall with a variety of options. The facilities were satisfactory with all necessary amenities available.
Staying on the 7th floor, my room needed a slight upgrade but was overall okay. The huge window provided a nice view of the surroundings from the 'bike' and the 'treadmill. ' The proximity to the train and airport was convenient, though it felt like those areas shouldn't have been utilized for guests.
I embarked on a 14-hour adventure that ended in a late arrival at the hotel around 3:30 am, only to be misguided to the wrong room, and the noise from the bar running until 2:00 am was disruptive. However, the rooms were comfortable despite the noise.
Arriving at the hotel in the early hours was a bit confusing due to the room direction mix-up, but once settled, the spacious and clean room was a pleasant surprise. The staff seems proud to work here, evident even in the kids' beds on wheels. The breakfast was a highlight, and the service was friendly and helpful, although the morning staff did not inquire about the stay.
Being within 10 minutes walking distance from the airport, the hotel's location is convenient. The breakfast is superior, but the bar noise until 2 AM might bother families. The rooms are okay, albeit a bit tight with limited space for additional bedding.
